To Return or Exchange a Product:
Please email us at info@samyura.in with your order number and product codes within 24 hours of receiving the product.
For assistance, you can call us at +91 8888198208 from Monday to Saturday between 12 PM and 7 PM. All exchanges will be delivered in 3 to 7 working days.
Steps to Making a Return:
Inform Us:Â Notify us within 1 day of receiving your order by an Email/WhatsApp.
Provide Proof: Before arranging for the return of a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a video of the unpacking process to +91 8888198208.
Return Window:Â Products can be returned within 3 days from the receipt of goods if they are found to be damaged or defective.
Refund Process:Â Refunds will be processed once we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
Criteria for Return:
The items must be unused.
The packaging should include the original invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Any product found as being used shall not be considered under returns & damaged, and those may be sent back to the customer, and/or a refund may be refused.
Return Shipment Process:
To return your order, prepare the package and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care to arrange a return shipment.
