To Return or Exchange a Product:

• Please email us at info@samyura.in with your order number and product codes within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• For assistance, you can call us at +91 8888198208 from Monday to Saturday between 12 PM and 7 PM. All exchanges will be delivered in 3 to 7 working days.

Steps to Making a Return:

1. Inform Us: Notify us within 1 day of receiving your order by an Email/WhatsApp.

2. Provide Proof: Before arranging for the return of a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a video of the unpacking process to +91 8888198208.

3. Return Window: Products can be returned within 3 days from the receipt of goods if they are found to be damaged or defective.

4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

Criteria for Return:

• The items must be unused.

• The packaging should include the original invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

• Any product found as being used shall not be considered under returns & damaged, and those may be sent back to the customer, and/or a refund may be refused.

Return Shipment Process:

• To return your order, prepare the package and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care to arrange a return shipment.

International Returns:
